Geography: Castiglione in Teverina is a small corner of paradise in the Tiber Valley, at the border between Umbria and Tuscany.
Climate and Soil: The vineyard is at the northern part of the Tiber Valley at an altitude of approx. 200 meters. The vines grow in Central Italy’s gentle climate, with extremely fertile volcanic soil. The approx. yield is 90 ql per hectare.
Winemaking: Soft Press, white fermentation (without skin) in controlled temperatures. Refined in stainless steel cisterns.
Color: Straw Yellow
Characteristics: Intense & full, with hints of apple; aromatic & elegant, full bodied.
Pairing: Aperitif, appetizers , white meat.
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
